Simon is an award-winning filmmaker and animator with over ten years' experience in film, television and animation production. As an artist and director, his work explores film and animation as experiential media. His work has screened internationally at festivals and exhibitions, including the Tate Modern, Singapore Biennale, The Barbican, The Saatchi Gallery, The London Short Film Festival, Aesthetica Film Festival, London International Animation Festival, InterFilm Berlin and Flatpack Festival. His most recent short film was awarded ‘Best Factual Animation’ at the British Animation Awards.

Nadja, a freelancer specializing in social media marketing, video/photo production, and project management. Nadja and her agency, "Vielformat - Diversity in Marketing" are dedicated to authentic portrayals and interactions with the LGBTQI* community while also serving as a platform to support companies as ambassadors of equality and acceptance.

Sára is a freelance illustrator and graphic designer from Slovakia, currently based in Berlin. With her creative practice meeting at the intersection of printmaking, self-publishing illustration, graphic design & strategic thinking she focuses on themes such as feminism, queer representation, social and climate justice. She particularly likes to work with NGOs and projects based in the social & cultural sector (but especially with a good team!:-)

Boris is a policy coordinator with the Climate Action Network Europe - a federation of NGOs - working on the transformation of the steel sector, with a perspective linking climate, resource use, pollution and social justice, while challenging the overproduction and consumption of materials and goods. He is also part of the Berlin bike-polo community.

Jeanne is a French architect and urbanist. After several years of practice, she is now engaged on a more theoretical path in order to rethink the way she designs. Her work focuses on how the everyday relationships between inhabitants and space can shape new approaches to urban design.

Loïc is a web developer from France, based in Berlin since 2012 and part of the officina collective since 2018. He has worked for various NGO and non profit organisations over the last ten years. Currently working on a part time basis for gut.org/betterplace.org.

Laura is a data scientist and researcher. Her work has involved developing techniques to determine a persons susceptibility to developing stroke, presence of sickle cell disease in small volumes of blood, and novel fabrication techniques of micro needles for continuous glucose monitoring. Currently she is developing her machine learning and data science skills and using them to optimise carbon nanotube production. She is interested in projects that focus on healthcare or positive environmental outcomes.

Édouard is a skilled web application engineer from France who specializes in data journalism and interactive storytelling. In Berlin, he developed Mélo, an innovative learning platform using music to teach children and assist teachers. Recently, he's exploring Artificial Intelligence with a new company in Berlin.

Teresa is a Polish copywriter. She is interested in innovative and inclusive approaches to communication. In addition to commercial projects, she creates campaign concepts for NGOs and local communities. At the same time, she is taking her first steps as a photographer.

Han is a freelance art historian, curator, artist, picture editor and educator. Han's curatorial, artistic and theoretical approach is an extension of the self, whereby their way of thinking is always characterised by the collective, by Han's experiences and by the experiences of others. Han's approach is political in the sense that it deals with queer visibilities, identities, bodies, multiperspectivity, hierarchies and power structures.

Judith works as a freelance graphic designer, illustrator and installative-performative artist. Their work is situated in the social and cultural field with a strong focus on critical diversity literacy. Judith likes to work in participative and collaborative structures.

Lorenza is an architect and urban researcher. She is conducting a joint PhD project at the TU Berlin and IUAV University of Venice. With Greta Colombo she runs the landscape architecture and art practice Stellepolari. Together with Claudia Castrone she founded Officina in 2016.
